Directions to Progressive Physical Therapy

1021 S. Wolfe Road, Sunnyvale is a two-story, beige-with-brown-trim building named "Clearwater Office Building"  three-fourths of a block north of El Camino Real. Progressive Physical Therapy is on the first floor on the north side of the building, past the third pillar.  Its front door faces the parking lot.

For people requiring handicapped parking and/or ramp: The handicapped parking and ramp are on the south side of the building, the opposite side from the clinic.  Call ahead of time if you would like assistance.

From HWY 101: Take the Fair Oaks South exit.  Once on Fair Oaks, get into the middle or left lane.  After the first 1/2 mile, there is a split in the road.  Take the left split--this becomes Wolfe Road.  In about 2-1/2 miles, shortly after you pass Maria Avenue, turn right into the driveway that is just in front of the 35 mph sign.

From Central Expressway: Take the Wolfe Road South exit in Sunnyvale.  Go about 2 miles.  Shortly after you pass Maria Avenue, turn right into the driveway just in front of the 35 mph sign.

From HWY 280: Take Wolfe Road North.  Go about 1-1/2 miles and cross the Fremont-then-El Camino intersection complex.  Look for the two-story Clear Water office building on your left 3/4ths of a block past El Camino. Turn into its second driveway on the north side of the building.

From El Camino Real: Turn north (towards the bay) onto Wolfe Road.  Look for the two-story Clear Water office building on your left 3/4ths of a block past El Camino.  Turn into its second driveway on the north side of the building.
